Our leadership.
Founded by Manjunath Hegde, LV Constructions has spent over a decade delivering complex residential and commercial projects across Uttara Kannada. Under his direction, the firm has grown from a regional engineering enterprise into a trusted, fully integrated design-and-build practice.
We believe that premium custom construction requires absolute accountability, not any subcontractors. Our team oversees every stage—from architectural layout and structural RCC design to interior woodwork and final handoff.

Approvals & estimation
We handle the permit paperwork and give you a clear, item-by-item cost estimate.
Execution & quality checks
Construction moves stage by stage. Our supervisor is on site daily, and you get regular updates.
Finishing & handover
Final checks, finishing work, and handover — on the date we agreed.
